Refund Policy

Service: Valet parking – We collect your vehicle at the airport and return it to you at the airport upon your arrival.

We understand that plans change. At Park and Fly, we strive to provide a flexible and customer-friendly refund policy. The following outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds based on the chosen parking policy.

General Refund Terms

  1. Refunds are processed within 7 working days of approval.
    2. To initiate a refund, contact us at info@parkandfly.co.za or call 073 791 6565.
    3. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
    4. No cash refunds will be processed onsite.

Policy-Specific Refund Conditions

  • Per Hour / Half Day / Per Day:
    – Cancellations made at least 2 hours prior to booking time will receive a full refund.
    – No refunds for cancellations made less than 2 hours in advance.

    • Per Week:
    – 75% refund for cancellations made 24 hours in advance.
    – 50% refund for cancellations made 12–24 hours before booking.
    – No refund for cancellations within 12 hours.

    • Per Month:
    – Full refund if cancelled 3 days before booking.
    – 50% refund if cancelled within 48 hours.
    – No refund within 24 hours of booking.

    • Per Year:
    – Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no service was used.
    – Pro-rata refund within first 3 months based on monthly usage (minus admin fee of R250).
    – No refund after 3 months.

Important Notes

  • Refund eligibility is subject to inspection and verification of booking details.
    • Park and Fly reserves the right to refuse a refund request if terms are not met.
    • Exceptional cases (medical emergencies, flight cancellations) may be considered upon valid proof.
